If you are new or at Scout rank and you need Tenderfoot Fitness, we have an opportunity for you. Starting Thursday, May 12 at 6 pm, we will initiate Tenderfoot Fitness - Requirement #6 from Brainerd Field. Requires 30-days of fitness tracking to complete. We will measure/record performance with the following: one minute of sit-ups, one minute of push-ups, sit-and-reach, and a timed one mile run. Scout must show improvement over the 30-days to advance. Dress ready to exercise.

All:  With the new camping season upon us, we need your refreshed annual medical forms.  Everyone needs to submit BSA Parts A &B.  Please complete the form and bring to an upcoming troop meeting.  The form can be found HERE.

Reminder:  we have a passive Fundraiser Troop 71 Scout families.  Earn 2%-16% rebates through RaiseRight simply by buying gift cards to use for everyday purchases, instead of cash or credit cards.  50% of your family’s rebate will be deposited monthly in your Scout account, and 50% will go to the Troop to cover general expenses.  Participation in this fundraiser is expected to help reduce Troop dues and other related costs for activities (including Makajawan, NYLT, and possibly other High Adventure opportunities).
